Asha Shibu, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Analyst for Modeling at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities include executing global advisory projects and conducting research on power and energy markets. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate Generation Modeling Analyst at Xcel Energy, a graduate student member of the State Energy Policy Council for Tennessee, and a Graduate Research Assistant at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Asha has a solid academic background with a Ph.D. in Energy Science and Engineering from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Science in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology.
