James Hassebrook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Contract Manufacturing at Black Rifle Coffee Company since September 2022, James played a key role in developing the Ready-To-Drink cold coffee platform and enhancing existing product lines through strategic manufacturing initiatives. Previously, at Conagra Brands from October 2014 to September 2022, James held various leadership positions including Director of Procurement for External Manufacturing, where oversight included 78 facilities and a significant budget, generating substantial revenue. James’s earlier roles at BD and Archer Daniels Midland focused on production supervision and continuous improvement projects, establishing a strong foundation in operations management. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
