Ernesto Gerardo M. is an experienced Investment and Finance Expert currently working with Agora Partnerships and Startuplinks, while also serving as a Business Strategy and M&A Advisor for EGMJ and holding a position as a Finance Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey. As a Co-Founder and Head of Strategy & Finance at Black Patch, Ernesto leads strategic planning and capital raising initiatives. Previous roles include Strategy Manager at Altman Solon, M&A Strategy Manager at Deloitte, and Strategy Manager at ALTÁN REDES, where Ernesto focused on corporate and operational strategies within various industries, especially Telecommunications and Technology. Ernesto holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Markets and Investments from SKEMA Business School and has worked with clients including Goldman Sachs and KKR, applying expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
