Matt Pizzolo has a diverse work experience. Matt is currently serving as the Lead Writer at Black Mask Studios Games since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a TV Writer/EP at WGA from 2017. Matt also had a role as a Partner and President at BLACK MASK STUDIOS, LLC starting from 2013. Before that, they worked as a Movie Producer/Television NWEP and Comic Book Writer as a freelancer since 2008. Matt was a Partner and President at Halo-8 Entertainment, Inc. from 2005. Additionally, they worked as a Logistics Specialist at FedEx from 2002 to 2005.

Matt Pizzolo studied at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, specifically in the Dramatic Writing Program.
