Marc Sanders has extensive experience in legal and managerial roles within the mortgage and energy sectors. As New Mexico Co-Counsel at Black, Mann & Graham LLP since February 2003, Marc has provided creditor representation to mortgage lenders and has been instrumental in the firm's loan document preparation and regulatory compliance efforts. Previously, Marc held the position of Manager - Right of Way at Access Midstream, where oversight of easement acquisitions for pipeline projects led to significant cost savings and the development of a robust right of way department. Additionally, as Manager of Pipeline Permitting at Chesapeake Energy, Marc successfully improved permit submission rates in urban environments while fostering effective teamwork. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
