Ferhat Dikbiyik, Ph.D., CTIA, has extensive experience in research and intelligence within the technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Research & Intelligence Officer at Black Kite since February 2018, Ferhat has held multiple roles at the company, including Head of Research & Intelligence and Director of Customer Success. Prior to this, Ferhat operated as a self-employed researcher, focusing on optical networks, Internet of Things, and Cyber Security. Academic positions include Deputy Head of the Computer Engineering Department at Sakarya University and Graduate Student Researcher at UC Davis, where Ferhat also served as a Teaching Assistant. Ferhat holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and has advanced degrees from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree from Istanbul University.
