Paul has also held roles in companies such as Savanna Energy, Dominion Energy, Questar, and Halliburton, where Paul demonstrated their expertise in drilling, petroleum engineering, and service management. Paul holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
