Nicole Wendle-West has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Black Hills Corporation since August 2011. Prior experience includes a similar role at Gilsa Dairy, a subsidiary of Grupo LALA INTERNATIONAL, from 2008 to 2011, where Nicole contributed to the company's expansion of product lines. Earlier positions include Human Resources Manager at DOT.Comm from 2005 to 2008 and a role in human resources at BAE Systems from January 2001 to 2005. Nicole holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Bellevue University and has completed multiple HR leadership certifications, including participation in the CLC HR Leadership Academy in 2012 and ongoing studies at the University of South Carolina for further HR leadership certification.
