Brandy Johnson is a skilled public affairs professional with extensive experience in stakeholder management and community relations. Since May 2013, Brandy has held multiple roles at Black Hills Energy, culminating in the position of Senior Manager of Public Affairs, where responsibilities include collaborating with the natural gas operations team to enhance community engagement in Nebraska. Previous experience includes serving as a Marketing Specialist at The Ambassador Health System, where Brandy focused on strategic advertising and media relations, and as a Public Affairs Specialist at Time Warner Cable, where Brandy launched a corporate social responsibility program. Brandy began a career in communications at the Nebraska Department of Justice as Deputy Communications Director, managing special projects and supporting the Attorney General. Early career experience includes leadership at Target as an Executive Team Leader. Brandy holds a Master's degree in Management from Doane University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University, along with studies at Bond University.
