Gert Weber is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the medical technology and IT infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Black Forest Medical Group since January 2024, Gert focuses on enhancing efficiency and safety in neurosurgery to improve patient outcomes. Prior roles include COO and Member of Management Board at Spindiag GmbH, where Gert contributed to the development of the Rhonda® rapid test system, and CEO of Haselmeier Group, leading a global provider of self-injection devices with full P&L responsibility. Gert also held significant positions at Magirus International GmbH, driving operations and IT for a leading IT infrastructure company, and at INGUN Group, focusing on development and production in the high-tech industry. Gert holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Konstanz - University of Applied Sciences.
