LaTonya Shelton, PsyD, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Behavioral Health at Black Family Development Inc, where LaTonya has worked since November 2016. Previously, LaTonya held positions as a Faculty member at the University of Phoenix from February 2011 to July 2020, Program Manager at Community Network Services from May 2013 to September 2016, and Supervisor at Easter Seals Michigan from November 2010 to March 2013. LaTonya began at Black Family Development Inc as a Program Manager from August 2008 to November 2010, managing Substance Abuse Contracts. LaTonya's earlier experience includes serving as a Clinical Psychologist at Development Centers, Inc. from 2002 to 2008. LaTonya Shelton earned a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
