Matt Howard has worked for a variety of companies, beginning with Busch Gardens in 2019 as a Park Operations Host. In 2020, they began working as a Resident Assistant at Stetson University, as well as founding their own company, Vale Conservation Apparel, where they served as the Founder/CEO. In 2022, they began working as a Community Outreach Director for Black Dog Venture Partners, a Business Analyst for Hatter Angel Network, and a CLUB Customer Sales Associate for Bass Pro Shops.

Matt Howard attended Gaither High School from 2015 to 2019. Matt then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Stetson University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
