Jamie Carmichael is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in operations, support, security, and technology management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations at Black Diamond Group since March 2023, Jamie previously held various roles at Computer Modelling Group Ltd. from July 2006 to March 2023, including Manager of Information Technology and CRM Developer & IT Administrator, where responsibilities included the internal development and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Jamie's career began as an IT Administrator at SUBNET Solutions Inc. from July 2000 to June 2006. Jamie holds a diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), earned between 1998 and 2000.
