Somayeh Ghasemi is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in diabetes education and nursing. Currently serving as a Diabetes Nurse Educator at Black Creek Community Health Centre since March 2024, Somayeh previously held similar roles at Flemingdon Health Centre and The Vaughan Community Health Centre. Additional experience includes positions as a Registered Nurse and Diabetes Nurse Educator at Shouldice Hospital and Flemingdon Health Centre, as well as a role in the Nursing Resource Team at Michael Garron Hospital. Somayeh Ghasemi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from York University and a diploma in Family Health from Golestan University of Medical Sciences.
