Mr. Mark Mamczarz has been responsible for all financial and administrative functions for the Black Group of Companies since 1986. His involvement with the organization dates back to 1981 as an external auditor. He specialized in banking and construction as a CPA and spent more than half his time as an auditor in the Western Pacific. Mr. Mamczarz was promoted to Vice President in 1988 and has retained the position thereafter.
