BettyLou DeCroce is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in government and real estate. Currently serving as Town Administrator for the Town of Dover and as a Government Consultant for The Canning Group, BettyLou DeCroce also provides strategic consulting services for Black Buffalo 3D Corporation and HAMILTON Advisors Inc., focusing on government leadership and real estate development issues. Prior to these roles, BettyLou DeCroce was Assemblywoman for the State of New Jersey, representing multiple counties and serving on various committees. With extensive experience as Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs and President of Gallo & DeCroce, Inc., BettyLou DeCroce has successfully managed operations, employee oversight, and real estate sales in Northern New Jersey. Additionally, BettyLou DeCroce served as Township Clerk and Acting Township Manager for the Township of Roxbury and held key positions in insurance funds, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to public service. Education includes studies at Rutgers University and ongoing business education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
