Petteri Kääpä is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Consultant at Black Belt Consulting since January 2024, Petteri's previous roles include Senior Backend Engineer and Tech Lead at Utopia Music, where focus was on Identity and Access Management. With a long tenure as Managing Director at Itafix Oy, Petteri also held the position of CTO at Invesdor Ltd., responsible for platform development and infrastructure. Additionally, Petteri has freelanced in information technology and web development, co-founded and operated an independent record label, and managed a family business. Petteri's educational background includes a high school diploma from Lahden Lyseon lukio, attained between 1997 and 1999.
