Charles Furst serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Blachford Acoustics Group since November 2019, focusing on organizational improvement across multiple facilities. Previously, Charles held the role of Engineering Manager at Senior Flexonics from April 2003 to August 2019, where the company specialized in manufacturing exhaust flexes, bellows, and tube assemblies for various applications. Charles has also served as Program Manager and Project Design Engineer at the Drake Terrace Condominium Association from 2011 to October 2018, and held the position of President at Illinois Blower, Inc. from July 1999 to April 2003, as well as Manufacturing Engineer earlier in the same company. Charles earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University between 1995 and 1999.
