Igor Pavlov possesses extensive experience in operations and customer support, currently serving as the Head of Global Operations - Customer Support at BlaBlaCar since May 2017, where leadership of a multicultural team enhances customer service across 22 countries and five business units. Previously held roles at BlaBlaCar include Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on community relations excellence and performance management in CEE & LATAM regions. Igor's prior experience includes positions at Sell Action, Microsoft, 3Q Ltd., SlavTrans Ltd., and RDM-Center, where skills in sales, account management, and product localization were developed. Igor holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
