Chai Rao is a seasoned Software Architect at B&L Associates, Inc. since 2004, specializing in media management, virtual tape systems, tape robotics, and job/process scheduling for open systems. Prior to this role, Chai served as a Senior Software Engineer in the Telecommunication Products Group at Unisys from 1994 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (Machine Design) from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University, complemented by foundational education at Fergusson College and Bishops School in Poona.
