Daniela Aeberhard has worked for BKW since 2007 and heads the Human Resources division. She started in HR consulting at BKW Energie AG before being promoted to Head of Human Resources in 2013. Before this, she worked as an HR generalist in an IT outsourcing company. Following a banking apprenticeship, she worked in the financial sector for nearly 20 years, 10 of which were spent in various leadership positions in private banks.
