Selvi Yildiz has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the areas of digitization, management, and customer service. Currently working at BKK Dachverband, Selvi has held roles related to digital transformation, performance rights, and membership and contribution rights. Prior to this, Selvi worked at Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse, where Selvi held positions in customer service leadership, service management, and as a customer advisor for benefits. Selvi holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Science with a focus on health economics from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, as well as a qualification as a social insurance specialist from BKK Akademie. Currently, Selvi is furthering their education at IKF Institute for Communication and Leadership.
