Susan Powers is an experienced Office Manager at BKA Architects, Inc. since October 2005, providing support to the firm’s partners and CFO/GM while managing accounts receivable and payable. Prior experience includes a role as a Teller/Customer Service representative at Citizens Bank from September 1997 to April 2005, where Susan received the Teller of the Year award for the Southeast Region. Additionally, as an Assistant Vice President at State Street from July 1980 to April 1997, Susan oversaw a bank-wide profitability analysis system and established key policies for data accuracy. Susan holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting from Quincy College and furthered education at Northeastern University.
