Elizabeth Donofrio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elizabeth started their career at Penn State Experimental and Computational Convection Laboratory as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, where they focused on modeling and examining heat transfer augmentation. Elizabeth then interned at Pratt & Whitney as a Turbine Durability Intern, conducting tests and compiling reports on engine conditions. Following that, they worked at Bell Helicopter as a Senior Design Capstone Project Member, researching helicopter gearbox thermal management.

In 2013, Donofrio joined BK Medical, where they held several positions over the years. Elizabeth began as an Associate Manufacturing Process Engineer, responsible for creating manufacturing instructions and facilitating product transfers during site consolidation. Elizabeth later served as an EPDM Manager/Drafter and Associate Quality Engineer, handling documentation and quality system procedures. Donofrio then transitioned to Business Intelligence Analyst roles, delivering data-driven insights and managing the CRM system for Analogic's ultrasound market. Elizabeth gradually progressed to Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Intelligence Supervisor, and finally Director of Data & Analytics, where they oversee data analytics strategies and operations.
