Jenna Smith has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Practice Administrator at BJC Medical Group since November 2014, where previous roles included Practice Manager and Lead Medical Assistant. Prior to this, Jenna was a Patient Care Technician at Missouri Baptist Medical Center from April 2011 to November 2014, and began a career in customer service at Best Buy from July 2008 to April 2011. Jenna is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration/Management at Lindenwood University, expected to graduate in December 2025, and holds a high school diploma from Webster Groves High School, earned in 2007.
