Amanda Hart has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Amanda'smost recent role was as the Director of Talent Strategy at BJC HealthCare, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Ascension as the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition from November 2018 to November 2020. Before that, Amanda was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Perficient from July 2011 to November 2018. Amanda also served as the Global Staffing Manager at Aspect Software (formerly Quilogy) from December 2007 to June 2011. Amanda's early career includes a role as a Global Training Coordinator at SAVVIS from April 2004 to April 2007, and as a Technician Support Level Two at MCI from June 1999 to August 2003.

Amanda Hart earned their BA in Business Administration from Lindenwood University, studying from 2002 to 2005.
