Andrew Sannes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, valuation, and strategic advisory. As the Managing Director and Owner of Taureau Group, LLC since October 2020, Andrew has honed expertise in guiding clients through complex financial transactions. Andrew has also served on the Board of Advisors for Elexa Consumer Products since May 2024, focusing on technology that prevents water damage, and for BizWatt LLC since November 2023, which specializes in cloud-based project management software. Prior roles include Managing Director positions at XLCS Partners, Inc., and Corporate Finance Associates, as well as co-founding GimmeAnother, LLC. Andrew's legal background includes corporate and M&A law roles at prominent firms such as Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and DLA Piper LLP (US).
