Smith Sen has a diverse work experience in marketing and market research. Starting in 2013, Smith worked as a Marketing Research Analyst at Radius | Global Growth Experts, where they analyzed market-related activities for various industries. In 2017, Smith joined Basecamp Startups India as a Senior Market Research Analyst, focusing on developing tailor-made account research dockets and providing strategic insights for the sales team. Most recently, since 2020, Smith has been an Account Manager at BizPortals Solutions, responsible for planning and implementing marketing and sales strategies, closing business deals, and executing sales and marketing plans for key accounts.

Smith Sen completed their education in two institutions. From 2004 to 2005, they attended Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh and obtained a 12th grade degree in Science. Following that, from 2005 to 2010, they studied at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, earning a B.E degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In terms of certifications, Smith Sen obtained the following: ZoomInfo Certification for Marketing and ZoomInfo Certification for Operations from ZoomInfo in June 2021, as well as an Email Marketing certification from HubSpot in April 2020.
