Briant Ginty currently serves as the Recovery & Customer Care Manager at Bizcap, a company dedicated to providing quick and flexible business loans to small enterprises, having funded over $850 million to more than 21,000 SMEs since its establishment in 2019. Prior to joining Bizcap in April 2023, Briant held several key positions at Origin Energy from July 2016 to April 2023, including Portfolio Collections Manager, Portfolio Collections Lead for LPG & Solar, Team Leader Customer Advocacy, Customer Operations Analyst, and C&I Operations Lead (Secondment). Briant holds a Bachelor of Business degree, specializing in Banking and Finance and International Trade from Victoria University and has also studied International Finance at Universidad de Monterrey.
