Mariana Araújo Mendes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mariana is currently employed as a Product Manager at BIZAY since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Zertive Consulting from July 2020 to August 2021 as a Consultant, and from October 2019 to July 2020 as a Business Analyst.

Before joining Zertive Consulting, Mariana worked at José de Mello Saúde. From September 2018 to February 2019, they held the position of Gestora de Produção - Direção de Produção de Imagiologia. Additionally, they completed a trainee program as a Trainee de Gestão from September 2017 to September 2018 where they worked on a project related to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at the Gabinete de Projeto RGPD; Direção de Qualidade, Organização e Segurança.

Mariana also gained experience as an intern at the Instituto Nacional de Saúde Doutor Ricardo Jorge (INSA) from February 2017 to August 2017. During this time, they worked in the Departamento de Alimentação e Nutrição, focusing on analyzing data for the project "Estudo de Dieta Total" by utilizing various statistical analysis techniques.

Furthermore, Mariana interned at TIMWETECH from July 2016 to September 2016 as an intern in IT Governance, where they contributed to the implementation of a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

Mariana began their professional journey as an intern at Millennium bcp in January 2015, working on a project involving process reengineering for account opening. Their responsibilities included identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing and gathering high-level business and IT requirements, and creating an automated workflow for the process.

Overall, Mariana Araújo Mendes has gained valuable experience in product management, consulting, business analysis, production management, data analysis, IT governance, and process reengineering throughout their career.

Mariana Araújo Mendes completed their education at the NOVA School of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management. In addition to their formal education, Mariana also obtained two additional certifications. In March 2021, they completed the "Preparação para Certificação Agile Practicioner (PMI-ACP)" from the Winning institution. In September 2017, they obtained the "Suporte Básico de Vida" certification from José de Mello Saúde.
