Gonçalo Pinheiro started their work experience in 2019 as a Collaborator at Liga Portugal, where they worked for 8 days during the Final Four of the Allianz Cup in Braga. Their responsibilities included working in the Digital Spot tent and being responsible for various activities.

In 2017, Gonçalo worked as a Collaborator at the School of Economics and Management - University of Minho for 1 year and 3 months. Their duties included entering new data from international students into databases, creating statistics and reports using Office programs, and processing data related to the application of PhD students.

From 2019 to 2022, Gonçalo worked as an R&D Project Manager at the University of Minho.

Currently, starting in October 2022, Gonçalo is working as a Planning & Control Data Analyst at BIZAY. In this role, they utilize diverse data sources to develop dashboards, creates easy-to-understand reports using tools like Power BI, and collaborates with leadership and operations teams to optimize supply chain operations through data analysis.

Gonçalo Pinheiro's education history includes a Master's degree in Finance obtained from the Universidade do Minho, which they attended from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Licentiate degree in Management at the same university from 2014 to 2017. Before entering university, they attended the Emídio Garcia Secondary school from 2008 to 2014, where they focused on Sciences and technologies.

In addition to their formal education, Gonçalo Pinheiro has also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in "Microsoft Excel - Excel Power Query, Power Pivot & DAX" from Udemy. Gonçalo also has certifications in "Alemão A1" and "Inglês C1" from BabeliUM, although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
