David Serna has a strong background in sales, with their most recent position being Sales Director at Bizagi since April 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Regional Sales Manager at the same company from March 2018 to March 2023. Prior to joining Bizagi, they worked at Oracle, starting as a Territory Manager for Cloud CX in July 2015 and later transitioning to Territory Manager for Tech Mexico in June 2017. Before Oracle, David worked at Dell as an Inside Sales Account Manager from January 2013 to July 2015 and as an Inside Sales Support from December 2011 to December 2012.

David Serna obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Administración y gestión de empresas, general from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Colegio Franciscano San Luis Rey from 1994 to 2005.
