QUÂN NGÔ is an experienced professional with a diverse background in media monitoring, education, and community management. Currently serving as a Media Monitor at Biz-Eyes since March 2016, QUÂN leads a team in producing high-standard reports on media and advertising value while managing OKRs to achieve KPIs across various platforms. As an ESL Teacher at VUS - The English Center since November 2016, QUÂN focuses on student engagement, behavior management, and fostering an academic mindset. Previous roles include Community Manager at Dimovie, where QUÂN enhanced user experiences and addressed feedback, and Collaborator for the I Love Vietnamese Project. QUÂN holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from PolyArt.
