Anne Speca serves as the Technical Director and Senior Advisor for the USAID Knowledge, Data, Learning and Training Project at Bixal since May 2019. With extensive experience in knowledge management and learning across various organizations, Anne previously held significant roles at the Famine Early Warning Systems Network (FEWS NET) and Chemonics International, where leadership encompassed managing project training strategies and overseeing knowledge management teams in global operations across 35 countries. Additional experience includes disaster risk management at The World Bank, microenterprise development at The QED Group LLC, and information specialization at USAID. Anne's academic background includes an MSc in Economic History from The London School of Economics and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Maryland.
