Carol Abreu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior HR Analyst at BIX Tecnologia since October 2021, Carol oversees the recruitment and selection process, as well as occupational health and safety compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant HR at VC-X Solutions, where significant contributions were made in HR subsystems and employee engagement strategies, and as the Coordinator of Administrative Services at NSC Comunicação, managing multiple support sectors and leading a large team. Additionally, Carol founded Expertiss Assessoria and has held engineering roles, emphasizing project management and maintenance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from IPOG and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
