Stefanie Holst has extensive work experience in corporate communications, marketing content, internal communications, digital workplace, and journalism. Stefanie currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing Content at BITZER. Prior to this, they worked at Lapp Group as the Head of Global Internal Communications and Digital Workplace from 2016 to 2022. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Editor-in-chief of internal communication and digital concepts at BWGV. Before that, they worked as the Editor-in-chief for print and online at Markt und Mittelstand (Frankfurt Business Media) from 2010 to 2013. Stefanie began their career as a Freelance Journalist, contributing to various publications such as Handelsblatt, FTD, EuramS, ARD/ZDF online, AZ Mainz, and Stuttgarter Zeitung, from 2006 to 2010.
Stefanie Holst obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Germanistik and Anglistik from the University of Stuttgart in 2008. Stefanie then pursued a Master of Journalism degree in Journalism (print, online, radio, TV) from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, graduating in 2010. In 2004, they briefly studied Wirtschaftswissenschaften at the University of Hohenheim.
