Arto Niva has a diverse background in research and development, with experience at companies such as Bittium and Polar Electro Oy. Arto has held various roles, including Director of Product Management and R&D Programs at Bittium, and Head Of Operations, R&D, and Director, R&D Devices at Polar Electro Oy. Arto has also worked as a Research Assistant at Nokia and multiple roles at Kuopio University.

Arto Niva earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biophysics from the University of Oulu from 1998 to 2002.
