Mike Hatton has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Wirral Digital. During this time, they also had a Social Media Marketing Internship at NCC Group and a Virtual Assistant role at Liscard Business Centre. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for This Is Prime, first as a Sales Recruiter, then as a Senior Sales Resourcer, and finally as a Sales Resourcer. In 2021, they joined Cascade as a Senior Business Development Representative, where they achieved top performance in the fourth quarter of the year and became the first BDR to run a full sales cycle and close business. Most recently, in 2022, Mike joined BitTitan as an Account Executive.

Mike Hatton attended Neston High School from 2008 to 2015, where they achieved GCSE and A-Levels. Mike then attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in PR and Marketing. In 2016, they also completed a course in Social Media Management at Hootsuite University.
