Muhammad Furqan is a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at BitSol Technologies since September 2021, with responsibilities that include sprint planning, requirement gathering, test case preparation and execution, and various testing methods such as API, functional, and non-functional testing. Prior to this role, Muhammad worked as a Customer Service Officer at Brentwood Open Learning College from December 2020 to May 2021, focusing on lead generation, social media management, content writing, and communication with foreign students. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, earned between 2016 and 2020.
