Caroline Schock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and solution consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Bitsight since July 2022, Caroline previously held roles at Seismic, including Partner Success Manager and Senior Solution Consultant, where responsibilities involved guiding partners through implementations, developing training frameworks, and enhancing product understanding for clients. Earlier experience includes positions at Eze Software Group as an Engagement Specialist and Associate Specialist in Trading Integrations, and internships in brand management and digital marketing. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Art History from the College of the Holy Cross and a Digital Marketing certificate from General Assembly.
