Mahima Varwandkar is a Senior Brand Manager at Amazon, beginning in January 2020, and holds the distinction of being the youngest Regional ACES Manager within the network. In this role, Mahima leads a team of three, focusing on operational excellence for the North and East regions of Middle Mile operations and spearheading a damage reduction initiative across over 30 Sort Centres to enhance customer experience through cost reduction and continuous process improvements. Previous positions at Amazon include ACES Manager and Operations Manager, with responsibilities that encompassed standardization, problem-solving, team leadership, and strategic planning. Mahima also contributes as a volunteer for Project Sahaaya, a mental health initiative for alumni, and has held leadership roles in organizations such as Panacea Association and internships at PerkinElmer Genomics and IIM Raipur. Mahima holds a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and completed schooling at Krishna Public School Raipur.
