Nayef Aydi has experience working as an IT-support Technician and Incident Manager at various companies. Currently working at BITS DATA as an Incident Manager, Nayef is responsible for managing and coordinating emergency IT incidents. Prior to this role, Nayef worked at Din Bil Gruppen as an IT-support Technician providing first-line support to internal users. Nayef holds a Diploma of Education in Network and System Administration from Jensen Education Stockholm.
