Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in various roles, including current ownership of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store for organic body care products, since August 2020. Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university courses in applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
