Gabriella Moro is an experienced Lead UX Designer currently at Bitrock since November 2022, specializing in service design thinking and agile human-centered design processes. With a strong background in user experience and functional analysis from previous roles at RCS S.p.A. and Bitrock, Gabriella has led UX teams and managed diverse stakeholder needs across multiple projects. Notable experience includes leading design strategy at Mango Interactive SRL and project management roles at Nozcadesign, with contributions to the gaming industry and sectors such as travel and cybersecurity. Gabriella's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Advertising and Graphic Design from NABA and additional studies at the University of Dundee and Scuola Cova.
