Zolt¨¢n B¨¢ba is a skilled Technical Writer with extensive experience in creating and managing documentation for telecommunication software. Currently employed at Bitrise since May 2018, Zolt¨¢n has previously held positions at Semcon, where responsibilities included analyzing documentation impacts on customer materials and managing improvement projects. At Semcon, Zolt¨¢n also created and edited product information for Ericsson's telecommunication software, utilizing topic-based authoring and DITA. Earlier, from June 2014 to October 2016, Zolt¨¢n worked at Nokia Networks, focusing on customer documentation for telecommunication network infrastructure. Zolt¨¢n holds a Master's degree in Sociology from E?tv?s Lor¨¢nd University, obtained from 2004 to 2010.
