Customer Experience Manager at BitOasis

Manal Sahouri has a diverse work experience in the field of customer experience management and project planning. Manal currently works at BitOasis as a Customer Experience Manager, where they support the launch and management of operational Voice of Customer surveys. Manal prepares reports on survey findings, identifies process gaps, and coordinates with stakeholders to address issues. Prior to this role, Manal worked at Orange Jordan as a Senior Customer Experience Analyst, where they managed external surveys measuring NPS and internal surveys measuring eNPS. Manal analyzed the results and presented them to management for improvement planning. Additionally, Manal worked at Itisaluna-Vtel Holdings as a Project Planner, where they were responsible for project planning.

Manal Sahouri completed their Tawjihi- Jordanian High School Degree from Patriarch Diodoros the first school between 1990 and 2003. Manal then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, graduating between 2003 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to customer experience and organizational approach design from LinkedIn, including Customer Experience (CX) Strategy: How to Design an Organizational Approach, Design Thinking: Customer Experience, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Aligning Customer Experience with Company Culture, Customer Experience: Creating Customer Personas, Customer Experience: Journey Mapping, and Customer Experience: Service Blueprinting. The certifications were obtained between August 2022 and February 2023.
