Ofer Ben-Zvi has extensive work experience in the software development field. Ofer is currently working at Cisco as a Software Development Manager since January 2019. Previously, they were a Software Development Manager at Bitmain Technologies Ltd., where they managed the development of a cloud-based cryptocurrency mining pool. Before that, they worked at Extreme Reality as the Head of Software, leading a team of developers and overseeing the integration of software infrastructures. Ofer also worked at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer and at Xsight Systems and Transtech Control Ltd. as a Team Leader. Ofer began their career as a Software Engineer at Algotec and VDONet.

Ofer Ben-Zvi holds an M.Sc. in Engineering & Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their B.Sc. in Electric Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas, including Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in February 2023, Data Analytics from Cornell University in January 2023, and Data Analytics: Graph Analytics from LinkedIn in October 2021.
