Morgane' Cole is a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Tester at BITHGROUP Technologies, where expertise in test analysis, execution, and reporting contributes to improving testing efficiency for the Maryland State Department of Education since February 2019. With a solid foundation in project management principles within agile methodologies, Morgane' collaborates closely with project managers and teams to enhance testing processes. Prior experience includes serving as a QA Test Engineer at ActioNet, Inc., conducting functional and regression testing across various applications, and managing software testing during internships at Lockheed Martin. Morgane' holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Morgan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Hampton University.
