Justin Carlson has extensive experience in information technology, with a focus on strategic planning, technical operations, and systems implementation. Justin currently holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology at BITHGROUP Technologies since February 2023. Previously, they served as Director of Technical Resources and IT Facilities Security Officer at MOI from December 2003 to November 2021. Justin also worked as a Principal Solutions Consultant and Network Administrator at Carlson IT Consulting from 2000 to 2017, where they analyzed organizational needs and aligned IT systems to support client goals. Justin was the Director of Information Technology at Interior Elements from 2000 to 2003, overseeing IT strategy and implementing a technology overhaul. Additionally, Justin worked as a Network Administrator and Computer Technician at Network Express Inc., responsible for software, hardware, and network support for multiple businesses from 1998 to 2001.

Justin Carlson has a Bachelor's degree in Policy Studies from Dickinson College. Justin also attended the University of East Anglia, although no specific degree or field of study is provided.
