Kymberli J. began their work experience in 2015 as an Operations Supervisor at Northwell Health, where they worked until April 2022. In March 2022, they joined SV Academy as a Customer Success Apprentice, a role they held until May 2022. Currently, they are employed at Biteline, LLC as a Customer Success Manager, starting in February 2023.

Kymberli J.'s education history begins in 2006 when they attended Sanford-Brown Institute for Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound. Kymberli completed their studies there in 2007. In 2011, Kymberli enrolled at Briarcliffe College and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Kymberli earned their degree in 2014.

In 2022, Kymberli attended SV Academy, where they participated in the Customer Success Fellowship program. During the same year, they also completed two certifications through Trailhead by Salesforce: Salesforce CRM and Salesforce User Basics. Additionally, Kymberli obtained several certifications related to customer success management. In March 2022, they became a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional and an Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional through Gainsight. In April 2022, they completed the Customer Success Fellowship - Cohort 18 program at SV Academy. Kymberli also obtained two certifications in customer success from LinkedIn. Kymberli earned the Customer Success Management Fundamentals certification in May 2022 and the Sales: Customer Success certification in August 2022.
